Privacy Policy
What information RazaPro collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
In short: we collect only what we need to answer you and do the work you hire us for. We do not sell personal information. Client financial data is accessed only through access you grant and can revoke. Our team works from outside the United States, and we tell you so plainly below.
1. Who we are
razapro.com is operated by Awais Raza, doing business as RazaPro ("RazaPro", "we", "us"). We provide bookkeeping, payroll tax, sales tax, and LLC formation support to US accounting firms and US small businesses. We are a remote team operating from outside the United States. You can reach us at hello@razapro.com.
If we later operate through a registered company, that company will take over this policy and we will update this page.
2. Information we collect
From website visitors
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), whether you are an accounting firm, a small business owner, or other, and the message you write.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time, for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and sources bring visitors and enquiries. It sets cookies and records technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. We do not use it to collect your name or email address, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block analytics with your browser settings or by installing Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Booking calendar: if you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly receives the name, email address and any answers you enter, plus the time you choose, and sends the calendar invite. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.
From prospects and clients
- Emails and messages you send us, business details you share, and billing contact details.
- Client financial data that we can see through the accounting, payroll, or filing software you give us access to. Depending on the service, this can include bank and card transactions, payroll records, employee names, pay, and tax identification numbers, and sales tax and payroll tax filings.
What we do not collect
We do not request or store full banking credentials, and we do not ask for ownership of your accounts. Our access model is described on our Security page.
From public sources
We may use publicly available business contact information (for example, a firm's published business email) to contact accounting firms and business owners about our services. See section 8.
3. How we use information
- To answer your questions, scope work, and provide quotes.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, and to bill for them.
- To protect the site and our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To contact you about our services, with an easy way to opt out.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers we use to run RazaPro: Netlify (website hosting and contact form submissions), Google (Gmail, for email), and Namecheap (domain registration and email forwarding). They handle information only as needed to provide their service to us.
- Your own software providers: data inside your accounting or payroll software (for example QuickBooks) stays with those providers under your agreements with them.
- People who work on your account: members of our team and contractors who need the information to do the work, and who are required to keep it confidential.
- When the law requires it: to respond to valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Business changes: if RazaPro is registered as a company, merges, or is transferred, information may move to the successor, which must honor this policy.
5. Where information is handled
Our team works remotely from outside the United States. That means personal information and client financial data may be accessed, processed, or stored outside the United States, and our providers may store it in the United States or elsewhere. By using our website or hiring us, you understand and accept this.
Accounting firms that use RazaPro for their own clients are responsible for any notices or consents their own clients are entitled to receive about outsourced or offshore support. See our Terms of Service.
6. How long we keep information
- Client financial data: we do not keep it beyond what is needed to support the current or immediately prior filing period. At the end of an engagement, or earlier on request, you revoke our access through your own software and we delete local working copies.
- Contact form messages and emails: as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Billing and contract records: as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including client-controlled, limited access (accountant or staff-level access, not account ownership, wherever the platform supports it), and we avoid receiving credentials as plain email attachments where a more secure option exists. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we determine that unauthorized access affected client data we hold, we will notify the affected clients without undue delay and share the information they reasonably need to meet their own obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete: email hello@razapro.com and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. Requests about a business's books held for a client should come from that client.
- Marketing emails: every marketing email identifies us, has an accurate subject line, and includes a way to opt out. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days. You can also email us to opt out.
- State privacy laws: residents of some US states have additional rights. We will consider reasonable requests from anyone, whatever state they live in.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Links to other websites
Our pages link to government and other third-party sources. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. For material changes we will post a notice on this page and email current clients.
