White-label bookkeeping pricing: $40 to $70 per client a month
RazaPro charges US CPA and accounting firms a flat $40 to $70 per client a month for white-label bookkeeping, with sales tax and payroll tax preparation in the higher packages. Firms that send more clients pay less, on every service. Your firm keeps the client, sets the client price and does the final review. The first 30 days are free on up to 3 clients.
Prices by package
Each price is per standard client, per month, at the list rate.
| Package | What it covers | Per client / month |
|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping only | Recurring bookkeeping, about 300 transactions a month, up to 5 bank and card accounts | $55 |
| Bookkeeping + sales tax | Bookkeeping plus one state, one standard sales tax return per filing period | $60 |
| Bookkeeping + payroll tax | Bookkeeping plus payroll tax for up to 5 employees in one state | $65 |
| Bookkeeping + sales tax + payroll tax | All three: one sales tax state, payroll up to 5 employees in one state | $70 |
| Payroll tax only (no bookkeeping) | Payroll and payroll tax for up to 5 employees in one state, for clients whose books stay with your firm | $40 |
Volume prices for every service
The price falls as your firm sends more standard clients. The count includes every client, whatever service it uses, and each client is priced on its own service line. A firm that sends only bookkeeping, or only payroll, gets the same volume discount as a firm that sends the full package.
| Service | 1–5 clients | 6–9 clients | 10–20 clients | 21–100 clients | Around 100 clients |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping only | $55 | $45 | $40 | $35 | $30–$35, agreed per firm |
| Bookkeeping + sales tax | $60 | $55 | $50 | $45 | $40–$45, agreed per firm |
| Bookkeeping + payroll tax | $65 | $60 | $55 | $50 | $45–$50, agreed per firm |
| All three services | $70 | $65 | $60 | $55 | $50–$55, agreed per firm |
| Payroll tax only | $40 | $35 | $30 | $25 | $20–$25, agreed per firm |

White-label pricing compared with hiring
A US bookkeeper at the median wage of $50,670 costs about $54,588 a year once employer Social Security, Medicare and federal unemployment tax are added, before benefits, software and state unemployment tax (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025). For the same client work, RazaPro's standard package costs about 30% to 45% of what that hire costs per client, and the cost stops when the work stops.
How white-label bookkeeping is usually priced
- Flat per client, per month. What RazaPro uses. Your cost is known in advance and grows only with client count.
- Hourly. Common for cleanup and irregular work. Harder to budget, and you carry the risk of slow months.
- Dedicated staff. A full-time offshore person billed monthly. Suits firms with enough steady volume to keep one person busy.
Many white-label providers quote $200 to $500 or more per client a month. Before you compare, ask what sits behind the number: transaction limit, number of accounts, whether sales tax and payroll tax are included, who reviews the work and who talks to the client. See white-label vs private-label bookkeepingfor how the arrangements differ.
Common questions
How much does white-label bookkeeping cost per client?
RazaPro charges US accounting firms $40 to $70 per client a month for a standard client, depending on the service (payroll only from $40, bookkeeping from $55, all three services $70). The price per client falls as the firm sends more clients, to $35 for bookkeeping only and $55 for all three services at 21 to 100 clients. Many providers quote $200 to $500 or more per client a month, so ask any provider what scope sits behind its price.
Why is RazaPro cheaper than many white-label providers?
The team works from Pakistan, the scope is a fixed standard client, and your firm keeps the client relationship and the final review, so there is no account-management layer in the price. Work outside the standard scope is quoted before it starts.
Is there a minimum?
After the free pilot the minimum is $300 a month in total, which is about four to five clients on the full package at the smallest volume tier, or about nine on bookkeeping only at 21 or more clients.
How does the free pilot work?
One month of work on up to 3 standard clients, free, under a signed mutual NDA. No card and no contract to continue. If you continue, the wholesale prices above apply from the second month.
What is a standard client?
About 300 transactions a month, up to 5 bank and card accounts, one state of sales tax with one standard return per filing period, and payroll tax for up to 5 employees in one state. Small month-to-month changes are absorbed; a lasting, material increase is discussed with your firm before the price changes.
What is not included?
Catch-up and historical cleanup, multi-entity or inventory accounting, job costing, extra states, larger payrolls, income tax returns, audit, review or compilation work, notices and representation, and advisory work. These are quoted separately or stay with your firm.
How should my firm price white-label bookkeeping to its clients?
Your firm sets its own price. At a $60 wholesale cost, billing a client $150 a month leaves a $90 gross spread before your own review time and overhead. The white-label margin calculator works it out with your figures.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. Standard clients are a flat monthly price per client, so your cost does not change with how long a month takes. Cleanup and one-off projects are quoted as a fixed fee before work starts.
